How can I export from bike to the Ulysses Writing App

Can’t seem to find a way to export my outline for use in Ulysses. Would appreciate any help?

Simplest approach would be to use Bike > Edit > Copy followed by Ulysses > Edit > Paste. That will move your text content and tab-indented structure into Ulysses.

If you also want formatting information exported into Ulysses’s markdown format it’s more complex, but there are some existing scripts that can probably help.
