Help needed: using Cotypist with Bike Outliner 2.0

Hi everyone

I’m currently using Bike Outliner 2.0 as my main note-taking and outlining app, and I would really like to use Cotypist together with it.

However, Cotypist does not seem to work inside Bike. I’m not sure whether this is caused by Bike, Cotypist, macOS text input behavior, accessibility permissions, or something in my own setup.

Since I type a lot every day in Bike, having Cotypist work there would be extremely helpful for my workflow.

Has anyone here tried using Cotypist with Bike Outliner 2.0? If so, did it work for you? Are there any settings, permissions, or workarounds that I should check?

I’d really appreciate any guidance from the community.

Unfortunately I don’t think it can work with Bike at moment. It builds on accessibility APIs that Bike hasn’t implemented yet.

The latest release works for me with Cotypist. It’s not perfect, I can’t figure out how to make the font match, but the basic functionality is there.
