Opened TP3 (154) for the first time, dragged to top and attempted to resize. Window moves to lower portion of display and then you can resize.

Wow, that’s some weird behavior for sure. Unfortunately I can’t seem to reproduce it… I’m running it in my Guest user account, so that should be same as a fresh install. Can you try TaskPaper > Check for Updates to get version 156 and see if that fixes it? (that’s the version I was testing with).
I did a logout/login and the issue no longer occurs. With build 154. Thanks for looking at this.
