There’s no automatic way, but over the years there have been various scripts turning .taskpaper into HTML that can be published to the web. The TaskPaper scripts page contains at least one script with HTML in the title right now.

Thanks Jesse, but what I meant is to access the same file TP file on the web to make basic editing (a very basic sync…)

Sorry, I don’t know of any software that can do that.
