Strange behavior using keyboard maestro app switcher

From time to time, I’ve seen a strange behavior using Bike – and I think it is related to Keyboard Maestro’s app switcher. Here’s an example with normal behavior first, and then the strange behavior when typing return directly after switching to Safari and going back (using CMD+TAB twice):

I can reproduce this example, and it doesn’t seem to happen when using the system shortcut for switching apps. Also, I’ve seen other strange behavior, probably related. E.g., this morning, when switching to a Bike document, I could move the current row up and down just using the arrow keys (without any modifier!). Saving the document got me out of that behavior.

Any idea what’s going on?

Perhaps a stuck modifier key?

I think so, next release will have what I think is a fix. (Bike caches modified keys, and in this case cache was bad)
