Set Writeroom as default for txt and rtf?

MacOS TextEdit keeps opening automatically when I try to open rtf and txt files by double clicking them.

I have done the ctrl+click, ‘Open with’ and ‘Always Open With’ checkmark, but after a while it seems to revert to TextEdit as the default app.

Does anyone have a solution to set Writeroom as the default app for txt and rtf? Thanks.

⌘I on a file selected in in Finder and Change All after resetting the Open With application ?
