This should already be working, at least it appears to be working on my computer. In the current Bike release this feature requires that the system setting “Close windows when quitting an application” is not checked.
In the current Bike preview release I have also added a Bike setting for this (Settings > Document > When Quit Bike Close documents) should also not be checked. The new Bike setting overrides the system setting.
