Previous versions of a document… where are they?

Hello everyone!
I have a quite old document that I’ve been editing for years (like a notebook), and I’d like to restore all previous versions of the file. I already tried restoring them one by one using “Revert to”, but it will take me years! There are hundreds of saves. I was wondering where the saves are in the hard disk… there should be a folder or something, right? It would be much easier to get the files this way.

On my computer the old document versions are stored at file paths like this:

file:///System/Volumes/Data/.DocumentRevisions-V100/PerUID/501/29418/com.apple.documentVersions/com~hogbaysoftware~TaskPaper_38018093-0DFC-4E20-88CA-5BFF854E9505_5c1.taskpaper

Not sure if that will help or not… that’s the file that document is being read from when I look in debugger.
