No Customer Support eMail?

I was looking for a place to email support but could not find one on your website.I apologize for the fact that it has led me here, but there is no place for a customer to contact you when they have purchased Bike but have not received an email from either Hog Bay or Paddle for their license. I did have the forethought to save my paddle receipt as a PDF before closing the window. Would you mind reaching out to me? I was kinda excited about using Bike and would rather not cancel the charge.
