When I hold down cmd + control and move a row upwards or downwards past the edges of my view, the view doesn’t move with it until I release the shortcut and the row halts. Is this intended? Part of me is hoping the view should move as smoothly as moving the loose cursor around.
This isn’t intentional. Not sure if I’ll have a fix for next release, but it’s on my list now.

For me the behavior is now better, though still a bit jumpy. I think generally if you want to move a row a great distance you will be better off with cut, navigate, paste.
