License receipt delay

I just paid for a license and American Express redirected to some security portal thing and then back. I think it said the transaction completed successfully, but the transactions don’t post for a day or there abouts so I’m not sure if I got charged. I haven’t received any email after 30 minutes or so.

Is there usually a delay with licenses being sent out? Is there a way to check if my email address has a license attached to it?

Same thing happening for me. Paid with Visa.
Also clicked on “recover license”, but have also not received an email that way.

Updated: email finally came through after three hours.

Glad it worked out. I think normally the process is much faster, but delays happen sometimes. That’s all over on Paddle’s (my payment processor and license provider) side of the fence… I really have no idea how it all works.
