So, had to create a ‘Favorite Style’
But in order to access,
I have to go into:
Format > Font > Styles…
Click Favorite Style.
Click the Dropdown Menu.
Select the [Favorited Style]
then hit Apply…
Is there a better way…?
Two thoughts:
- If I understand you correctly, I think you can do same thing with menu Format > Text > Center? That’s a little faster.
- You could also assign a custom keyboard shortcut to either of those menu items using system preferences: Create keyboard shortcuts for apps on Mac - Apple Support. Note that Text > Center already has a keyboard shortcut, but it is conflicting with Format > Font > Itatic, so you’ll need to assign a different one.
