Is there a way (such as Command-click) to select multiple discontiguous rows in a Bike outline?

What is the problem that you need to solve ?

You can’t make multiple discontiguous selections in the Bike GUI,
but if we know the context and application we may be able to sketch you a Keyboard Maestro macro which uses the same ⌘Click multiple selection mechanism as BIKE Outliner – Quick choice of row to copy as link
