In the sidebar, i see a few index rows, but i don’t know how i created them or how to delete them. Hint please?
Your index rows are defined by a query.
By default the query is //heading, so all headings in your outline should show up in the index. You can customize the query by right click on “Index” in the sidebar and choose “Edit Index”. That allows you to edit the query that finds index rows. So you could change it to /* and have all top level rows show up in index.
Hop that explains it, let me know if you see anything different.
ah. so to remove them, i edited the individual rows to change from Heading to Body, and they disappeared from the sidebar. thanks
Oop, yeah, look like I forgot to answer your actual question :).
Was your goal to remove individual entries, or did you just not want to see any index section?
i didn’t want anything in that section, but more importantly, i just wanted to know why those rows got selected to be shown. sorted now
