Reminders → TP → Magical sorting with AI → Manual sorting → Reminders with everything in tact but properly sorted
I use reminders primarily and will continue to do so. What I need help with is when my inboxes get quite full I need more horsepower and pull out the Mac. This is where I’m hoping TP can come in handy. I’ve spent the weekend adding many random tasks and Reminders did a good job of catching some of them with the automation and smart boxes, but I’m in need of more AI assistance to help put things into big general categories, then for me to go through them more granularly for quicker sorting.
How easy / possible is the process I wrote at the top of the page?
