Help Needed: How to Create a Custom Tag in TaskPaper?

Hi everyone,

I am new to Task Paper and need some help. I want to create a custom tag to track specific tasks in my project. I have seen the default tags like @done but I would like to add my own tag say @priority or @urgent to highlight important tasks. Can someone guide me on how to create and use custom tags in Task Paper. Also is there a way to set up a search filter to quickly find these tagged tasks.
I have also read this https://discuss.prosemirror.net/t/taskpaper-editor-is-this-the-right-approach-golang but I could not found anything.

Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance for your help

Just type them at the end of the line

A good place to start for filtering might be:

Fold, Focus, & Filter – TaskPaper Guide

and for more sophisticated custom searches / queries:

Searches – TaskPaper Guide

Generally, the Guide is always at hand from inside TaskPaper with:

    Help > User's Guide    ⌘?

4 Likes

just type them in the beginning or end of the row like:

@urgent Make a million dollars
Same thing @urgent
