Hello from a newbie...and yet not at all a newbie

…at least to this support group. I was WriteRoom when it was brand-new! Then I foolishly went elsewhere. (I have been all about TaskPaper for a great while now.) So, I foolishly left WR for what I thought were greener pastures. Now I realize that I had just exactly what I needed in the beginning: WriteRoom. So, I’m coming back – right now. I think I remember an email from Jesse that he was just about to pull the trigger on a new version of WR.

My Question: If I buy RIGHT NOW, can I jump to the impending release with no more coin?

Hi, welcome back. There will be a an upgrade cost from the current version, in the meantime you should check out this post:

WriteRoom’s code is old and updates are no longer accepted by the Mac App Store. At some point in the future (maybe distant) I hope to release a new version of WriteRoom. Until then I’ll post small bug fixes here.
