At least, I think this is what’s happening! I wanted to use Operator Mono as the font in Bike, and they use Book for their default size instead of the more typical Regular. When setting the font in Bike, it appears to default to using Bold for the font weight, pseudo-confirmed by nothing happening when attempting to apply bold styling to the text and nothing changes. This applies to both regular and italic:
- Regular → Book
- Italic → Book Italic
