Feature request: automatically delete a space when deleting a word or words

When i select and delete a word or words by double-clicking and backspacing, it would be convenient for Bike to adjust the spacing, to prevent leaving 2 spaces behind. That is, it would be nice to have MS Word’s “Smart cut-and-paste/Adjust sentence and word spacing” feature.

I’ve added this to my todo list. I’m not sure what MSWord does, but I’ll try to implement the standard macOS Smart Copy / Paste behavior when that setting is enabled. I think they are the same or at least similar things.
