Cursor behavior makes page jump so insertion point stays in center of page

Hi,

What I belive I need is a way to turn off the setting that controls the behavior of the insertion point.

I remember seeing a setting for this but can’t locate it: when I change the cursor insertion point, the page “jumps” so as to keep the cursor near the middle of the page. I would really like to turn this off so I can control page scroll myself.

Closest I can find in support threads is http://support.hogbaysoftware.com/t/cursor-not-following-page-movement/188

But it doesn’t seem to be exactly what I’m looking for. I set up Taskpaper many years ago and haven’t done any customization since. Can’t even locate the files.

Hoping help is out there…

I think you are using a custom stylesheet that’s defined this behavior. Either change to default stylesheet, or look in your custom one and remove typewriter-scroll-percent attribute.
