Change hotkeys - cmd+/

I don’t have a us keyboard, cmd+/ is not a possible combo on my keyboard.

Is there a way to change it? It’s especially pertinent for “move to project”, as it isn’t in the command palette.

MacOS supports changing keyboard shortcuts through system settings:

Wow, you can set one for an arbitrary menu command for any app. How did I not know this?
