Can you reset my license?

Hi Team (and Jesse), can you please reset my licence? I got a new computer and did not disable on previous computer.

Was this resolved? It looks like I’ve already reset your license.

Hi Jesse, I haven’t found any other way to get this resolved on my own, so I kindly ask you if you can reset my license as well?
