Can’t activate license

I have bought a licence but cannot activate Bike. When I have entered the appropriate mail address and the key in the dialogue box, I can press Activate License, but this has no consequences.

Current bike version, macOS 12.6.6.

How do I solve this problem?

I solved my issue. It was LuLu, a firewall blocking outgoing connections, running in the background. When I disabled it, I could activate Bike.
