Bug: copy-pasting project header in focused project breaks view

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Focus any project
  2. Select the header line, including trailing whitespace
  3. Copy
  4. Paste

Expected result: no change

Actual result: (a) children drop out of focus, and (b) first child is promoted

Update: if I copy-paste the header in a NON-focused view, it still promotes the first child
