Am coming back to Bike after an absence. My use case will be to manage a Hermes Agent, by providing specific knowledge and references. This will supplement a more short term Discord task system. 1) Is there anyone who has done such a thing? 2) Is there any reason I shouldn’t be using the v2 preview?
I think Bike v2 is ready for general use… should have been released a while ago, but fixing small bugs is apparently more fun for me than polishing documentation and making marketing videos.
As far as Hermes agent … I haven’t done such a thing, but I’m curious to hear more. You may already be aware, but Bike 2 supports a CLI and CLI/MCP. I think that would be the natural integration point for agents.
The pure CLI is a bit more advanced than the MCP sub command, because it can observer realtime changes. I don’t know, but that might be an interesting integration point.
