Would it be difficult to add badges by searches in the sidebar? That might be useful. I’m picturing something like the “unread count” badges in a mail app, but instead it would show a count of search hits.

I’m adding an issue to look into this. I don’t think it would be too hard for 99% of outlines. The trouble might be larger outlines with more complex searches, at which point performance might be an issue. Getting around that might make it complicated… hard to tell without spending some time digging into it. But on my list now anyway!
