Add new tasks using voice and text messages to Telegram bot

You can add new tasks to your local TaskPaper file on the go from anywhere.

  • Download Telegram
  • Use Telegram: Launch @taskpaper_bot
  • The bot recognizes voice messages with AI, summarizes and turns them into outlined tasks. Plain transcripts are also available.
  • Your text messages to the bot are added to outlines as is.
  • All outlines are available online for 24 hours via a secure link (/key command in the bot)
  • A shell script is provided to update your local file, but you can use your own. Add it to the crontab for automatic updates.
  • The script adds new outlines to the top of any project (Inbox by default)
  • The bot is free to use
