I’m sorry, TaskPaper for iOS has been discontinued and unsupported for a number of years. I’m only working on the Mac version now. I recommend using one of the apps listed here for TaskPaper support on iOS:

TaskPaper (the app) is a Mac only right now. But “.taskpaper” the file format is a plain text and supported by many different apps on different platforms such as Windows and iOS.
