Hi Jesse: Would you consider adding an “Add Row Above” feature to Bike, with an accompanying keyboard shortcut like Shift-Return? OmniOutliner does this, and I didn’t realize how much I rely on it until I started using Bike.
Is Shift-Return the shortcut they use?
I think I could do this. I’ve rejected in the past, because I don’t really want to add another menu item, but if it’s not a command shortcut, I think I could go for that.

Looking more closely at OmniOutliner (not sure if you have the app), Add Row Above isn’t even a menu item. I guess it’s just a keyboard shortcut that isn’t documented anywhere? I’m not even sure how I learned about it, but I use it all the time. Shift-Return does the same thing in other similar apps I’ve used like iThoughts & MindNode.
