Error when activating license on my new machine

I’m getting an unspecified error when activating my license on a new machine. I tried resending the license to my email and I got in in my inbox so it must still be registered on your side.

I’m running macOS Mojave 10.14.1. Here is a screenshot of the problem as it occurs.

I couldn’t find anyone else here that has a similar problem and the error is pretty non descriptive.
