after closing/opening TaskPaper weird icons are shown.
Also, indentation messed up:
and i can’t fix by adding/deleting tabs and spaces.

This is a known bug, here’s some more discussion.
The short answer is that it’s caused when you have a different version of the font “Source Sans Pro” installed then the version that ships with TaskPaper. It should fix the problem if you deactivate or update your version of “Source Sans Pro” I think.
