In 2.5 (237) there is a “Not Done” search in the sidebar that I didn’t create and can’t delete. I don’t have a “Not Done” saved search in my document.
It’s a placeholder… you’ll be able to edit/delete it eventually.
The idea is that there should be a “default” set of searches that will be available to all documents, without having to define them within a document.
