License code has already been utilized

I got a new laptop and installed Taskpaper. Upon installing taskpaper on this new system, I tried activating the license but received a message:

License code has already been utilized

Is there a max number of activations or something like this? How can I manage my licenses if I need to withdraw a license on a machine that is no longer used?

You need to contact Paddle.com and ask them to increase your available activations.
