Tried downloading update 3 times, this every time:

In some of the preview updates I’ve changed things (like app identifier) that break the validation process for automatic updates. I think you are running into that problem. To solve download and install directly from the link in this post:

Update Just changed this post from 265 to 266 … which makes a change to fix the frequent crashes when changing sidebar item. But otherwise should be same as 265 I’m aiming to start the final stretch here and release 3.5 before too long. This release allows you to edit saved searches in the sidebar, and works with macOS 10.12 tabs quite a bit better. Also saves your editor state (collapsed items, etc) once again. FWIW, got this error this morning when TaskPaper notified me there was an update to download/install. So, I went over to the public download site and got my copy. I saved all the Console messages – Sparkle and CoreServicesUIAgent errors – if Jesses wants them.
